CEPPL Role: Ongoing Quality Management and Enhancement of placement settings.
Summary of Role:
Val is responsible for the development activity that focuses on the overarching quality of student placements. She has been developing strategies and systems to implement quality assurance in student placement environments. Val and Graham Williamson work in close collaboration with placement providers.
Biography & Background
Val is a qualified nurse and is currently Associate Dean (Practice Quality Development) in the Faculty of Health. Val has considerable experience in the field of work based and experiential learning. She continues to engage in practice.
