CEPPL Role: Project lead for development activity related to Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE's)

Summary of Role:

Annie is seconded to the Ceppl one day a week; her role has included developing a range of resources that help students and academics to increase their skills and knowledge with Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE's). A literature review of OSCE's and evaluating current academic practice is currently being undertaken.

Biography & Background

Annie`s professional background is that of an emergency nurse. Annie is still highly motivated in this specialist area and regularly engages in clinical practice.

Annie joined the Faculty of Health in 2000 and is programme lead for the BSc (Hons) in Emergency care. She is also involved in the developments for the new programme BSc (Hons) in Community Emergency Health, which commenced in September 2008.
