Summary of Role:
As Director of the Ceppl, Susan supports and facilitates the work of all of the development activities. She is particularly engaged in developing new placements with an explicitly transformative agenda, and in conducting pedagogical research.
Biography & Background
Susan Lea is a National and University Teaching Fellow and Professor of Applied Social Psychology in the Faculty of Health. She has served on numerous committees, executives and working groups, and is the author of over 30 peer-reviewed publications. She has given many presentations and workshops on HE issues in the UK and other countries, and is the holder of a number of research grants. Susan`s psychological research focuses on sexual violence.
